HOW IT WORKS

£250 Sign On Bonus

If your home joins our portfolio, you'll receive £250 once we've completed the second booking at your home.

25% (+vat) Management Fee

For homes to be advertised at £400 per night or more, we'll be happy to offer a management fee of 25% +vat. This is approximately half the amount charged by Onefinestay and other mainstream management agencies. For less expensive homes, we'll gladly offer a competitive quote.

QUESTIONS & FURTHER INFO

What kind of homes are you looking for?
We list homes which are fully furnished and located in central London. They need to have a total of at least 6 weeks’ availability (most of which between April and October).

Terms
The two bookings must have been completed within 12 months of first listing with Ivy in order for the sign on fee to be payable.
