My family of four (2 kids 6-10 age range) had a lovely stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well supplied. It is also in a great location, right across from the Tube station. You have easy access to the central parts of the city and all the necessities right nearby. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was ideal for getting around London with ease and the location between the District Line and Piccadilly Line on the tube made navigation around the city very easy. 

5. Your communication before, during and after our stay was perfect. The home was as described and depicted. The location was great - quick tube to central London, Chelsea shops, and a pub next door. 

Wonderful location.  Comfortable and fun decor.  We appreciated the eclectic artwork. Well-equipped kitchen.  Very clean.  The Miele washer and dryer were a blessing with a week-long stay.

5 - We had great stay in this very warm and homely apartment. The flat is very functional, the appliances are excellent, and the garden is a big plus.  

A cosy flat located in a quiet location in Chelsea. A great and safe location for our family to base ourselves for our adventures. King's Road is a 5-minute walk with everything you need. A 5-minute walk to the bus, a 15-minute walk to the metro. Walking distance to the Natural History and Science Museums

The flat was perfect for our family. Modern and beautiful. Everything was top-notch.

I really like the flat and the location. It is a good price point for what you get and where it is. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is functional. Access to the tube and proximity to Borough market and Bermondsey street are positives. The one issue is the lift is not operating...I am recovering from a knee injury which made the trip up and down the stairs a bit difficult. Not impossible for me but a negative experience given, based on the description I was expecting a lift. Luckily, despite my issues I could still get up and down the steps. A future renter may have a disability and count on the lift more than I was.    Ivy Resolutions: The website description has been updated to reflect that the lift is currently out of service. Compensation has been offered to the guest in light of the inconvenience caused. Repairs are underway and should be completed by May 2025.

On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best, I would rate our stay 4.98. The 0.02 gap was for the washing machine. We wished it could have a dryer. We enjoyed ourselves nevertheless. The home was beautiful and we didn’t want to do anything to spoil it! I also like to compliment the team - Lara, Bee and also to Amanda who called to check on us when we had issues with door. We had a wonderful time! Thank you very much once again.

Hi, It's a Five+. You are the best! Huge thanks to the Ivy team for making our stay truly enjoyable. When the boiler unexpectedly failed in our original condo, the team quickly and graciously offered several options to relocate - handling a tough situation with professionalism and care. These things are out of anyone's control, but their flexibility made all the difference. They even checked on us the following day to ensure we successfully relocated and were happy with the new condo. I'd absolutely recommend your services and will definitely use them again when we are back in London.     

This flat is located on the sweetest little quiet street and was the perfect home base for our family during our stay in London. Our daughters (12 & 7) loved having their own room and bathroom and we loved having our own space as well. The skylights let in some beautiful light making the flat bright and airy. The kitchen is updated and the washer/dryer was so helpful so we didn’t have to bring home so many dirty clothes.There is a pub at the end of the street that we frequented for meals and drinks and fbebEarl’a Court tube station was a very short walk away, which was a lifesaver since we only traveled by underground during our trip.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any families wanting some space in a location that is convenient to get to all areas of London.

We really loved this flat in the Pimlico area of London. Great location. Close to buses, trains and dining. It was a comfortable, cozy 2 bed, 2 bath flat perfect for 4 people. We would stay again!!

Five stars. My stay was great. The apartment was very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location was in an ideal neighborhood with a tube stop less than 2 blocks away and dozens of neighborhood stores, cafe’s and restaurants. Highly recommended.
