5. This stay was fantastic!! The staff at Ivy went above and beyond to help facilitate a smooth holiday to London for my husband, 2 small children and myself. The accomodations were stunning and had more than we ever expected for needed for our visit. I highly recommend this company! When we visit again, we will use Ivy!

Hello! I would rate our stay a 5. This is the second time we’ve booked with Ivy and we have been very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of service and quality of accommodations. The Queensdale Place property was exactly as listed and very spacious and comfortable, as well as being in a convenient location. We had one small issue with the wifi upon arrival and it was addressed promptly and thoroughly. 

Location, location, location! Short walk to both Knightsbridge and South Kensington underground stations, as well as Victoria & Albert Museums, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Able to make the most of our time in London.Most wonderful bathroom ever in any VRBO or ABNB!

Great house very quiet location and also thanks to the host for providing such a lovely space. We come from China,I hope to see you next time. 

I stayed in the apartment for the second time and it will definitely not be my last. It is perfectly located, close to many attractions, and with perfect accessibility to all major public transportation. The apartment is light and clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay.

This was a lovely house with everything we needed. It is close to great museums, pubs, coffee shops and the tube station. The rental company was easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Our family of four had a lovely Xmas at Battersea Church Road (we appreciated the Xmas decorations). The spaces worked well for us and the bedrooms were all a generous size. Location and access to public transport was excellent.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is very well located with plenty of space and a wonderful back yard. The home was very clean and there were so many toys and activities for the children to play with during our stay. Communication with the Ivy team was very professional and efficient. Extremely well located property in a quiet residential street 8-12 mins flat walk to two tube stations and 6 mins from Harrods. Host was very responsive to minor queries.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is superb, and the apartment itself is very well-stocked with everything you need. It’s highly likely we will rent this again. 

Our stay at the apartment in Parsons Green was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to shops, restaurants, and transport. A truly wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home near Regent's Park! The location was perfect, situated in a charming neighbourhood with easy access to the underground, making it convenient to explore all that London has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the proximity to great dining and shopping options, as well as the quiet and safe surroundings that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay in London. Would absolutely stay here again!

I would rate it a 5,000,000 stars if I could! It’s a wonderful, welcoming place, that is so well equipped, and just perfectly located to EVERYTHING. We were able to walk out the door and quickly get to anywhere: Notting Hill, Hyde Park, Oxford Circus, Kensington Gardens, Covent Gardens, Waterloo Station, Paddington Station... There are terrific restaurants and Pubs within a stone’s throw (we would particularly recommend Sunday in Brooklyn and The Phoenix)… and after all our adventures, it was so nice to come back to such a peaceful and beautiful home”. It will absolutely be our base on our next trip!

Communication and payment with ivylettings was easy, getting the key was straightforward, and the flat was just as shown in the pictures on the website.
