We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location by the river, close to many bus lines and Putney Bridge tube station, also right by the Thames Uber Boat dock, so very easy to get anywhere you like in London and beyond. The home is beautiful, nicely decorated, and well-appointed. The only thing that came up was an issue with the washing machine but the property management team was responsive. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again.

I would say our stay was up there between 4 and 5: very good indeed, especially after minor hiccups were taken care of. The exceptional availability of someone in the office (Jenifer, Lara, Johan), even at the weekend, to answer questions and take care of problems from a distance was welcome and added to the efficiency of care. This was our third visit to this address and there has been good help each time for minor difficulties.

Donne Place is a well appointed gem in a great area. We loved the close proximity to wonderful boutique shops, great restaurants and historic pubs, and as well loved being able to walk to Harrods, the Royal Alberta & Victoria museum, Kensington Gardens and Palace and Sloane Square with the Saatchi Gallery. The layout, furnishings and amenities of Donne Place are ideal for relaxing after a long day. A previous reviewer warned about the noise from the Tube, but we were not bothered by the soft regular sound of train wheels on rails coming from beneath the house. All communications from Ivy Lettings were clear and helpful, making check-in simple and our stay straight forward. I highly recommend Donne Place and would gladly return.

Glendarvon was a great home for our visit to London. It provided us with all the space and amenities we needed for our family of 6. Located close to markets, restaurants, shopping and transit, it made our stay easy no matter what our plans were for the day. The neighborhood was very nice and situated right near the Thames made for nice walks. I would highly recommend this property for any families looking to stay away from the businesses of central London, but situated to get anywhere timely with the bus or rail stations near.

Starting with learning what a "mews" is, this is a perfect unit for three couples. Often in a unit similar to this, the third bedroom/bath is much smaller than the other two. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were large enough that no one felt slighted and everyone had privacy. The living space and dining room were very comfortable when we were all together. The kitchen was well appointed. The pictures on the listing are accurate.
I had concerns about distance to public transportation, but we quickly found the back route to the Kensington-Olympia station. What a pretty walk along Holland to Fairfax to Russell Rd. The staff at that entrance were incredibly helpful too. Plenty of buses go down Kensington High Street or Holland Rd.
It was a short walk to Costa Coffee in the morning and Green Valley deli had great Lebanese take-away. We went to the Crown and Scepter pub several times after long days of seeing the sights in London.
At the end of the stay, it helped to be on the West side of town for an easy trip to Heathrow.
Ivy Lettings did a fine job of keeping us informed and all contact was quickly responded to.

We loved the flat. It was so clean and stylish and very comfortable. Our suggestions would be coat hooks for the hallway and a warning about the shower door as if it’s not closed the right way, water will come out and get the floors very wet. We also weren’t sure about recycling so better instructions on that. Thank you!

We loved the flat, cosy, very clean and well kept. The location is one of our favorites, close to shops and public transport but also in a very quiet, friendly and elegant neighborhood (which was perfect for trick-or-treating with our daughter on Halloween evening). Overall I think this flat has a great price to quality ratio and I would heartly recommend it for future stays.

Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to the Marylebone and Baker Street Tube stations, and several bus lines. You can get to anywhere in London from here. The flat had plenty of space plus everything we needed, and more, for a small group of travelers. So glad we found this property.

This place was easily located to public transportation that it access to many tube lines. The neighborhood was very safe. There were several grocery stores. There were so many restaurants in the neighborhood. This is a lovely flat. It is beautifully decorated. The furnishings and beds are quite comfortable. The only issue was the steep learning curve for turning on the heating system and hot water heater. The flat was quite cold until the heating system kicked in after several hours ( the heat emanates from the flooring). We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Chelsea is a beautiful neighborhood of London to stay in. The location of the flat was perfect. In all, the flat was perfectly adequate. It wasn't sparkling clean, there were some stains on the living room furniture... You can also hear everything that is going on in the building especially when the upstairs neighbor is moving around or coming down the stairs. And just be prepared to walk 10 mins to pick up the keys to get in. Otherwise, great stay. I would recommend the place.

Collingham is a great flat. It is perfectly located, the garden is beautiful and the flat has everything to make your stay enjoyable. However, I rate it a 4 because it is a lower ground floor flat. It was a bit dark which we sort of expected. As we spend quite a bit of time indoors for work, we like to have more natural light.

We were a group of six adults traveling and we all thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and clean. Always great to have a washer/dryer in unit whilst traveling. The location was superb for walking to local restaurants, and Tube and train stations. Very quiet neighborhood. Great local coffee shops nearby.

Couldn't ask for a better location. 2 minutes to the underground and rail. Quiet neighborhood, easy to walk everywhere. House is very vertical and two of the bedroom are essential 4 flights (not huge lengths) up and for bedroom is 2 flights up. If that is not a problem then this is a great house for you. Living room is very nicely appointed and cozy. there are 2.5 baths which is great escpecailly since you don't always want to run up 4 flights!

We very much enjoyed our time at 25B Buckland Crescent. It was quiet, comfortable and very attractive, and at the same time provided easy access to local stores and restaurants as well as the tube. The Swiss Cottage station was a short walk from the front door and we had no problem getting anywhere we wished to go. After a day in the more crowded and noisy parts of London, it was a relief to return easily to a quiet, comfortable and secure setting. We have great memories of our six weeks at 25B and hope to return someday.

This is a beautiful flat in an extremely convenient location. It was very easy to find and to access the flat. The key collection went very smoothly and it is within a few minutes walk of the flat. We felt right at home. 10 minutes walk to Gloucester Road Station and Earl's Court Station. Easy connection to central London and all transit hubs. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Very quiet and private flat. Access is down some steep steps which might affect those with mobility issues. But it was no bother for us. We had a minor linen problem on day one, but it was solved by Ivy literally within minutes. We were very happy with the service. All instructions for heating and appliances were clear and helpful. Key pick up and drop off was super easy and convenient. We will definitely, absolutely stay again. And will recommend it to our Aussie friends.

I book accommodation through Ivy every year, for my visits back to the Uk and we have always been very pleased with the accommodation. This year, I particularly loved the apartment. It was in a great location, very close to the tube, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets, walking distance to central London, close to Parliament etc. It was very spacious, exceptionally clean, modern and all needs taken into account. We will certainly rebook next year.
