We've used Ivy Lettings about ten times over the years. All their flats are clean, comfortable, and well maintained--and in London proper (easy to get around). They do require a 500 pound security deposit that is promptly refunded providing you leave the place as you found it.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It was exactly like the pictures and everything was close by and walkable. There are all the utilities you need. Felt very safe and secured.

Beautiful flat that fit our family of five perfectly. We were provided an early checkin that was 'oh so very' valuable. Our stay felt just like home. Be prepared to carry luggage up a long (and beautiful) staircase. But the accommodations are well worth the climb. Finally the Warwick Avenue Underground station was less than a five minute walk. Little Venice was just a few additional minutes walk, sporting a number of restaurants and bars.

This 1-BR flat was just gorgeous with a lovely little private patio at the back. Furnishings were very nice, bed was very comfortable & kitchen well-equipped. Its location was superb and the unit felt secure and cozy. Thank you!

My wife and teenage daughter really enjoyed our stay. The Maida Vale neighborhood is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of the city, but with access to everything you could need within a few blocks. You are only a few tube stops away from all the action. The apartment was perfect for us. The master has its own bathroom, leaving the other bathroom for our teenage daughter. Nice are to sit and eat, watch TV and even cook if you are so inclined. We ordered take away, several great diverse restaurants within walking distance. If you don’t have much luggage, easy walk to Paddington, if you do a quick Uber or taxi away. Super easy check in/out Highly recommend

We stayed at the apartment for a long weekend and it was just perfect! Great location in a lively neighborhood (close to wonderful Borough Market and with a view of the Shard from the balcony), spacious, very clean with all the amenities you need. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped! Check in and out was smooth. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there again.

5 stars - was a wonderful flat! Great location and very clean - thank you and the owner for allowing us to rent there for a great vacation. Only thing we had difficulty with was the WiFi - couldn’t seem to locate it when searching for it. But no worries -we were gone most days anyway. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you!

The flat is just perfect for our needs and we absolutely love the location. We are now very familiar with the 94 & 148 bus routes, got out to Osterley on the bus and had a ball for the two weeks were there. I do hope we might get back in the Fall, but we’ll see how life is going at that point..as you know, we plan and God laughs. Thanks to you and your Team for another terrific stay with Ivy Lettings. We had a fantastic stay. Definitely a 5. The house was stunning and provided plenty of space for our party of 5. We loved the location. By the end of our stay, we felt like locals. We appreciated the basic supplies for the kitchen, bathroom, etc and bought additional laundry detergent since we washed both clothes and towels frequently. We did have to figure out how to use some of the appliances but it wasn’t a problem. The internet password that was provided was incorrect so my husband looked at the router to confirm. Your check in instructions should be revised to include. Thank you and we would recommend Ivy to any friends looking for a unique stay in London.

Ivy was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our trip. We had slight difficulty finding the location after picking up the keys, (jet lag), but the host answered our call and sent detailed information on how to find our way. The location was perfect, on a quiet side street but a very short walk to everything you’d want or need. When we arrived the sofa bed was made up for our daughter, which was great. Check out was easy and communication again was easy. Highly recommend.

The flat in Chelsea was beautiful. Very modern, clean, and plenty of room for our whole family. The street was very quiet. The host was very responsive to all messages and the location was very convenient to the tube, restaurants, and shops. We were just a few tube stops away from all of the action. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a modern flat with all the conveniences in a great area that’s quiet and has easy access to the bustle.

Excellent place to stay while in London. Comfortable and clean in a very central location. We had a fantastic time.

We loved our stay at the Ivy. The area was lovely and convenient to shops and bakeries. We felt right at home and the Ivy was always responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property, looked even better in person! Cozy and roomy inside the home and we loved the large beds, comfy couch and kitchen with dine in sunny area. Perfect upscale location and smooth booking process with the management company. We would love to stay here again!!  

Lovely elegant and comfortable flat in heart of Chelsea. Well equipped and excellent service. Very near good shopping and supermarkets, near Sloane Square tube and lots of buses. Excellent friendly pub opposite with good menu. Thoroughly recommended.

Pleasant stay at the apartment, all were easy to access including public transport and groceries. The apartment is small and friendly and it gave us everything we needed for our stay in London!

Nice property in a wonderful area of London. The property was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Very well equipped kitchen as well as a washer & dryer and comfortable living room.

Accommodation as shown in the photos. The environment is very quiet and close to metro and bus. Also close to Tesco supermarket. Ideal for spending a few days in London.

We had a lovely stay at the house, which is gorgeous and well located in a very quiet road. The house is very well furnished so there was everything we needed. There are a few buses around and it’s a nice walk to sloane square and the area. Strongly recommended!

Our family had the best time visiting London from the comfort of this flat. It was incredibly well appointed and comfortable! Noticeable things like soft pillows and blankets, hot water for showers are so appreciated after long days exploring London. It’s also so well situated between two tube stations making getting around so easy. I would highly recommend this location for families or friends traveling together. If I am ever lucky enough to travel to London again, I will absolutely hope to stay in this flat in Shepherd’s Bush!

Conveniently located with wonderful river views it was perfect for our catch up with our daughter. As well London is only a short boat, tube or rail ride away.

We just enjoyed a wonderful visit to London and were so pleased with our accommodations. The property manager was always so prompt in responding to any inquiries and was so courteous. The location is very close to the central line - Shepherds Bush tube stop - and getting around London was very easy. The flat is very clean, bright and a nice respite from a day of walking all over the place. I appreciated the two bathrooms and the washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable, the living space very nice and the kitchen fully functional. I would definitely stay here again for a future visit. It’s perfect for families. This property was absolutely perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The central location— walkable to shops, restaurants, etc. yet very quiet—could not be beat. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and full of charm. It was perfect for our family vacation!
