We’re looking to hire a full time team member to join our small team!
Summary
Ivy is a small company based in Chelsea. You can meet the team here! We manage short stay accommodation in our portfolio of central London properties and you’ll be a key member of the team helping ensure our guests’ stays go smoothly.
Job Description
- Liaising with guests ahead of their stays with us
- Being first port of call for any customer service questions arising during guests' stays
- General office management support
Skills Needed
The successful applicant will be / have:
- Highly organised & able to multitask
- Common sense & practical thinker
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
Pay, Hours etc
£22-23k starting salary
Hours 8.45am - 5.45pm
Applicants must be allowed to work in UK until October 2020 or longer.
Start Date
June 2019.
