Abingdon Road Kensington

Great company to rent from for our London vacation. Would definitely rent from them again.

We have rented through Ivy Lettings on several occasions now and each time we have stayed at a lovely property and the experience has been easy. I recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone looking for an apartment stay in London and look forward to booking through them again in the future. This last trip we stayed at the Abingdon Road flat. The location in Kensington is excellent, very near Holland Park and an easy walk to Kensington Gardens. There are three very good, one actually outstanding, restaurants right on the street. The flat is extremely comfortable for one or two people. It is nicely outfitted, making it easy to feel right at home for the (too short) week we were there.

Enjoyed an excellent stay at the Abingdon property. Loved the flat, very cosy atmosphere. Few minutes walk from both High St. Kensington as well as Earl's Court tube stations. Sainsbury, Waterstones, McDonalds, Five Guys, and plenty of shopping options nearby (two minutes walk from the property). Ivy Lettings staff very helpful and the whole procedure went extremely smoothly, from booking to finally checking out. Great experience.

The apartment on Abingdon Road was lovely with a cafe two doors down and a pub across the street. High Street Kensington shops were just three blocks away. I am a retired travel journalist for a major Canadian newspaper chain and have had many opportunities to experience holiday rentals in many countries. In retirement, London is now our choice of holidays and we look forward to another enjoyable visit next year. When our dates are set, I’ll be getting in touch with Ivy Lettings and hopefully the same apartment will be available.

Fantastic location and apartment. Super clean and quiet. Lots of wardrobe space. Fabulous large bathroom and kitchen. The back courtyard was lovely and sunny. Easy walk to High Street and Earls court tubes and lots of great cafes and pubs near by. We loved this place and are very keen to return next summer!

I would like to sincerely compliment Ivy Lettings on their excellent service. The property we rented takes us back to the rental days before Airbnb when pictures were true to the property and you could depend on the truthfulness of the reviews. We could not have been more pleased to be in a home that reflects the attention to detail and cleanliness that we have in our own home. From the start of the rental process to the refund of our deposit, every detail was handled with professionalism and promptness. We expect to use Ivy again on future trips to London as we try to get there at least once a year.

We have rented with Ivy Lettings twice now, both superb experiences! Booking was easy, and the pictures on the website accurately portrayed the flats. Staff was in touch with us well in advance of our arrival to provide instructions and answer questions. This is a very professional and well-organized operation! Since we were arriving outside the usual check-in hours, we used the lockbox to get the keys, which was made very easy by the clear instructions and pictures provided. Our flats were spotless and well-appointed both times. Staff was in touch during our stay to make sure all was well, and it was! We will use Ivy Lettings for our next London trip, I can't imagine using anyone else!
