This flat is wonderful. It has plenty of living space, comfortable bedding, and a well-sized bathroom and kitchen (both with heated floors). The location is perfect to explore the Kensington/Notting Hill areas. It is only a few minutes to walk to Kensington Gardens and the Palace, the tube at Kensington High Street (District and Circle lines) or Notting Hill (Central line). There are dozens of restaurants, pubs, and cafes within easy walking distance. Although the apartment building is located on a relatively busy street, the apartment is very quiet given its location in the rear of the building. You can see part of Kensington Palace from the living room! There are about 35 steps, broken up by three landings, to get to the apartment on the 2nd floor (3rd floor U.S.). Ivy Lettings customer service was excellent.
