We loved our five days here. Fantastic location, comfortable flat, had everything we needed. Walked to coffee and dinner every night. Checkin was a little dicey because we had multiple addresses and no flat number, so we spent 20 minutes outside while the property manager was inside waiting for our buzz, but minor in the course of things.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Great location, quiet neighborhood and a beautiful place to stay. Would love to return someday!

This unit was as-advertised and allowed our multi-generational group plenty of room to spread out. As other reviewers have noted, there are LOTS of stairs, but if you are in reasonable shape you should manage just fine. The location of this apartment is perfect - there is a pharmacy, grocery, and a wine shop, as well as many pubs and restaurants, all within a few blocks. The apartment is well-positioned to access buses and the underground, making it easy to get to major sites around London.

Accommodation as shown in the photos. The environment is very quiet and close to metro and bus. Also close to Tesco supermarket. Ideal for spending a few days in London.

We loved our stay at the Ivy. The area was lovely and convenient to shops and bakeries. We felt right at home and the Ivy was always responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat that fit our family of five perfectly. We were provided an early checkin that was 'oh so very' valuable. Our stay felt just like home. Be prepared to carry luggage up a long (and beautiful) staircase. But the accommodations are well worth the climb. Finally the Warwick Avenue Underground station was less than a five minute walk. Little Venice was just a few additional minutes walk, sporting a number of restaurants and bars.

Great location, close to tube, buses, and walking to many eating venues. Easy access kitchen for cooking. The whole place was clean and comfortable.

Looked at many places in London before we selected Little Venice. It was a great choice—quiet and very comfortable yet close to the underground so getting around London was very easy. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and ease of getting around.

This flat is in a great location. It is a short walk to the tube in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only negative is with this flat being a top flat there are a lot of stairs.

Wow!!! This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting London. We absolutely loved it. The neighbor hood was excellent. Very quiet and safe. Short walk to the metro and easy access to all of London. The apartment has everything you need. We stayed for a week and felt really comfortable. The only thing that we really wasn't expecting were the stairs. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment. If you have mobility issues, this might be a concern. Other than that, we loved our stay and definitely would stay here again.

A beautiful place - very comfortable for our family. Everything was spotless and felt welcoming. The location was great too, small high street nearby, close to the canal and restaurants and an easy base to explore London. Thanks!

Great location for anyone wanting the conveniences of London, but on a peaceful street in a great neighborhood. The flat is exactly like the pictures. You are close to Warwick Station and the Bakerloo line. The flat is close to a great street with cafes, a butcher, a fresh produce market, Tesco Express, and wine shop. Also, would highly recommend Dhaba@49 Punjabi restaurant nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living area is spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is great! It is a short walk to the tube or bus stop. The bedding was excellent, apartment was clean, there was everything you need in the kitchen. I would stay there again!

3 minutes walk from the canal, this pleasant top floor flat has great light, a very spacious master bedroom and a comfortable second bedroom, well equipped and maintained kitchen and bathrooms.

Nice, quiet location. Close to the tube and several restaurants and a grocery store. Charming interior, beds a bit uncomfortable. Excellent service from the management company.

Our stay at an Ivy Lettings flat met and/or exceeded all our expectations. The flat was exactly as described, clean and all communication with Ivy was timely, clear and helpful. There was even a mid-week cleaning that we did not expect but was welcome. We would definitely rent from Ivy Lettings again and highly recommend.

I have used Ivy Lettings twice now and highly recommend them. Their website makes it very easy to pick a property that suits and their follow up service is always prompt and informative. The properties (one near High Street Kensington and one in Little Venice) have been outstanding. When I travel to London again I'll definitely be using them.

We could not have been happier with the apartment or with the excellent support from Guy. Our family had Christmas in this apartment and it was one of our best ever! The apartment was perfectly set up and has a very well equipped kitchen which we really appreciated as we prepared a beautiful Christmas lunch there. Thanks to the team for the suggestions re the Christmas tree too, we ordered one which was delivered and picked up again without any fuss. Great location, and in lovely neighbourhood too. We would love to come again!

Great flat and great location, couldn't have asked for more. Ivy Lettings mostly have places in South West London where we stayed with them before, but this time we wanted to explore North London and Regents Park. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks again for a great stay.

This flat far exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, larger than expected, beautifully decorated and with everything we could possibly need. My family was very comfortable here, the location is wonderful and neighbors friendly. Guy and team were fantastic to work with. I had lots of questions and Ivy was always quick to respond. They provided a very useful folder with everything you need to know and then, when we couldn't work out the oven, rushed over to show us and updated the folder. We will definitely stay here again and have recommended it to family already. Thank you!

The team at Ivy Lettings were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They were available anytime I had any questions, even during a very busy holiday season. I had a concern with the heating system, they were prompt in getting back to me and handling the issue. They not only fixed the issue but provided other options in case we needed it. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. There was enough space for a group of 5 and the styling of the apartment is gorgeous. It is situated in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and traditional pubs. The local train station is easy walking distance, making getting around London easy.
