The home offers residents access to a communal work-from-home space in the main reception area, a communal lounge, and a garden atrium on the same level as the apartment. Home Truth: Please be aware that until October 2024, construction is in progress opposite the apartment, which is reflected in the price of this apartment. Construction work is restricted to the following hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Noisy work is prohibited on Sundays and bank holidays. The windows are double glazed which significantly reduces noise but some noise disturbance should be expected during working hours. Construction is due to be completed by October 2024.
