We’re delighted to present this uniquely beautiful Kensington family home. Recently completely renovated and restyled by a leading London designer, Argyll Road boasts exquisite taste, complete comfort and an unrivalled Kensington location.

The home spans over 3,600 sq feet over five floors with six bedrooms to comfortably sleep ten people and is laid out as follows. Lower ground: kitchen, TV room, pantry and utility/laundry room, and access to a large private garden. Ground floor: dining room and reception/living room. First floor: master suite with UK super king (6ft wide) bed, walk-through dressing room and bathroom with shower stall and bathtub. Second floor: three further bedrooms (one with twin beds converted into a super king (6ft wide), a second with a UK single bed and a third with a UK single. A family bathroom serves all three rooms with a shower stall and bathtub. Third floor: two double bedrooms, one with UK king  (5ft wide) and the second with standard double bed and two bathrooms, one en suite with shower stall, the other adjacent to the second bedroom, with shower stall and bathtub.

We stayed for a week at your Argyll Road property. It was absolutely perfect for our family of seven. (Grandparents, parents and three children ages 6-11.) It was beautifully appointed and so comfortable! We loved the location— just off Kensington High Street yet it felt so calm and peaceful. We were here in the heat wave, so each night we all enjoyed the coolness of the pretty garden, which was also a great place for the children to play a bit. It’s an easy walk to the Tube, as well as several really nice pubs for dinner. Another great thing about the location was being so close to Kensington Gardens as well as Holland Park, which was perfect with children. The kitchen and lounge with TV were perfect for relaxing in the evenings as well. Everyone had their own space and felt so at home. I highly recommend this property and Ivy Lettings, who were very helpful and responsive during the whole process.
