Located on one of Battersea's most sought-after streets, this Victorian home spans three floors with convenient street-level access. Upon entering, you're greeted by a tastefully decorated double reception room that seamlessly flows into a large kitchen and dining room, both of which lead out onto a private garden area. There is also a separate WC.

The first floor hosts two spacious bedrooms; both bedrooms have UK double beds (4.5ft wide). A bathroom serves these bedrooms with a shower over bath. The master bedroom on the third floor features a UK super king-sized bed (6ft wide) and an en suite bathroom complete with a stand-alone shower. It also has a sunny private roof terrace.

Very easy site to navigate. In particular, there is a very complete set of filters to help sort through the available houses. Ivy responded right away to our questions by email. A beautiful house with a wonderful garden. Very updated interior with modern bathrooms and kitchen and nice art work and sculptures both in the house and the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay in Battersea area. The property was within walking distance of shops and restaurants and close to a tube station. This interior was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The Kitchen had like new appliances and the bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated. We had a few issues during our stay that were promptly handled by Lara, who was wonderful. If I am ever in London again, this property would be my first choice for lodgings. I highly recommend this space.

Our family of four had a lovely Xmas at Battersea Church Road (we appreciated the Xmas decorations). The spaces worked well for us and the bedrooms were all a generous size. Location and access to public transport was excellent.
