Billing Road

First of all we very much appreciated the illuminated Christmas tree upon entering. The house was very well presented, welcoming and cozy, the perfect gateway for our Christmas days. We especially appreciated the very well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay at one of your properties again soon.

Lovely, spacious and quiet home, in a great location. The rooms are well-sized, and ample cupboard space. There is a great outside area and very close to nearby stores, bus stops, tube stations as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, so a score of 5. The location was perfect; in fact, my husband flew back to the US yesterday and took the Elizabeth line (a very short walk) to Heathrow in 25 minutes at 6:30 am. The kitchen was fabulous, even though we didn't cook! We will definitely be back! Thank you.

On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best, I would rate our stay 4.98. The 0.02 gap was for the washing machine. We wished it could have a dryer. We enjoyed ourselves nevertheless. The home was beautiful and we didn’t want to do anything to spoil it! I also like to compliment the team - Lara, Bee and also to Amanda who called to check on us when we had issues with door. We had a wonderful time! Thank you very much once again.

Our experience with Ivy Lettings began with a google search where we found their website. It was easy to navigate, had vacation rentals categorized by area, with detailed descriptions and good photos. Next, Communication was always timely and just the right amount of detail, before, during and after our stay. The property was as described and very nice and very clean. There were little extras like tea and coffee and plenty of dishes.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Billing Road property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (perfect for traveling as a family) that has access to all the amenities you could need! It is a short walk to the underground, supermarket, drugstore, pubs, and restaurants. The home is very clean, wonderfully appointed, and has plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is well supplied with anything you could need to make meals at home. We really enjoyed having a quiet and comfortable place to return to after long days of sightseeing and entertainment

Our stay was definitely a 5! Loved the Billing Road flat and our interaction with Laura was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with!

I can stay without a doubt I’ll stay with Five if I could rate it higher and give it a 10 let’s do that the house was absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to book with you next year and is a staff. You’re wonderful.!!!

I made the right decision of choosing Ivy listing after two bad experiences of airbnb booking (be alert there are lots of fraud right now). I chose Ivy because it’s professionally managed and their reposes is quick and precise. Initially I booked another place but it’s not available due to change of management rules in the estate. Ivy’s team immediately proposed an alternative listing to me and keep the same pricing for me even the later one is much bigger. The property is exactly the same as on the pics, even better! We love the stay and whole experience. The best airbnb experience I would say. They really attend to the detail and provide everything you need to make the stay comfortable. Would definitely go for Ivy Listing again next time when we visit London!

We visit London often and have stayed in hotels and various apartments over the past few years. We just discovered Ivy Lettings and it's been a smooth and enjoyable experience dealing with the staff at Ivy Lettings.
