House was of exceptional quality, tastefully decorated and well loved by its owners. We had every amenity and plenty of space. Location was perfect, very close to the Earl's Court station and with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. And yet it was in a very quiet and secluded street that allowed full privacy. My favorite parts of the house were the luscious plants in the back garden (and the wisteria growing on the front), and the kitchen area with its glass ceilings. We felt instantly at home and I think this is the key quality of Ivy properties that I love the most: how welcoming they feel from the moment you step into the front door. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone staying in London and I hope we get to stay there again next time we visit.

I would give our stay on Child’s Street a rating of 5! The house was charming and cozy with plenty of space for our family of 3. The location was wonderful with shops and restaurants just down the block. But once you round the corner onto the street it was very quiet. Our stay was absolutely superb.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed for 5 days while visiting London. Location was great - easy walking distance to the Tube, restaurants and grocery. The property was perfect for us and we loved the bright, sunny kitchen. Is definitely a rental with worn areas, but nothing that disturbed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the artwork, interior design, patio, neighborhood, access to the Underground and central London location.

This flat is located on the sweetest little quiet street and was the perfect home base for our family during our stay in London. Our daughters (12 & 7) loved having their own room and bathroom and we loved having our own space as well. The skylights let in some beautiful light making the flat bright and airy. The kitchen is updated and the washer/dryer was so helpful so we didn’t have to bring home so many dirty clothes.There is a pub at the end of the street that we frequented for meals and drinks and fbebEarl’a Court tube station was a very short walk away, which was a lifesaver since we only traveled by underground during our trip.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any families wanting some space in a location that is convenient to get to all areas of London.

The house was perfect for our travels- spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, lots of light, many books (I read a lot) easy to get to transportation, restaurants and shops

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect. We could walk or ride the train to visit all the places on our list. Upon our return each night, we had a comfortable place to lay our heads. Thank you!

5 Stars all the way!!!! The apartment was well equipped, clean and 100% as described and depicted. A+++ The neighborhood is clean and felt very safe. There are 2 different Underground Lines (Piccadilly and District) at the Earl Court Station which is literally less than a 5 min walk from the apartment. We were able to get everywhere easily. The Earls Court Tavern is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. (and a TON of other food options as well) We rolled into that pub A LOT! Food and service A+ I will most certainly be using Ivy Lettings when I return to London, so grateful to have found you! :-) Special thanks to Jennifer for helping us with our self-imposed confusion on our arrival day. This flat worked perfectly for our group of three. It was spacious, well-appointed and located conveniently near Earl’s Court Station, providing easy access to central London. When we arrived, the process for picking up the keys and obtaining access to the flat was seamless. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There are a number of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants in the area, as well as several markets to purchase groceries. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. There is lots of natural light in the kitchen and upstairs, which makes it feel open and airy. The first bedroom is a nice size with one queen bed and closet space and drawers for clothes. The bathroom is a good size with a sky light to give it extra light. The second bedroom is much smaller with a twin over double bunk bed. The floor space is limited, which makes it difficult if there are multiple people in the room. The bathroom was a decent size, but the lighting was quite dark. I appreciated the extra amenities provided in the flat, such as fans, outlet strips, outlet converter, hair dryer, straight iron. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in the flat, just be aware that it takes several hours to complete one load of laundry. There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so we had to get ready in the bedroom or downstairs when we wanted to use the hair dryer or straight iron. This was only a minor inconvenience. This was the perfect place for our group, and we would love to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was so convenient and the property layout was ideal for our family. Everything was as described and communication was easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot say enough nice things about Ivy. They were tremendous in helping me work through some very complicated reservations! The focus on customer service was top notch and far exceeded my expectations! In addition, the apartment was exceptional in all aspects. We will absolutely use Ivy again when we travel to London. We loved our stay at Child's Street. The location was phenomenal, with Earl's Court Tube station a VERY short walk from the apartment. Lots of restaurants and a Sainsbury Local just around the corner. There is a Tesco two bus stops away. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved all of the light and the small courtyard. It was a very tranquil place, which was a nice retreat after being out and about in busy London all day.

This has to be by far the best location to explore London from. Easy access to the tube, to get just about anywhere from downtown to Wimbledon. Great selection of local restaurants and places for groceries. The flat was perfect for our needs and on a quiet little street. Would rebook here in a heartbeat if our travels ever take us back to London.

Our family loved our stay at Childs Street. The location was perfect. Close to Earls Court station and lots of restaurants yet on a surprisingly quiet street. Beds were comfy, water pressure was amazing and the fans were a nice added touch for the days that the sun came warmed the beautiful kitchen. My favorite spot to relax was the patio! And Ivy Lettings was also very helpful in getting an item back to me that I accidentally left at the house. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a bright and sunny property and was just as it appeared in the photos. It was a fantastic home base for our family. We thought the location was fantastic with a three minute walk to the tube with access to many lines that took us right to all the tourist attractions and theater we wanted. There were also lots of food options and several pubs just a minute away. The home was equipped with all essentials that were needed for our week stay. We were thankful for the fans in both bedrooms that helped cool things down at night. Communication with the owner/rental company was quick and very responsive, which we appreciated. We would consider staying at this property again.

We absolutely loved this place - the location and the property itself. It's perfect for a family of four with a generous amount of space for such a central location. The street is super quiet (not to mention very pretty with different coloured houses), yet it's only a minute from the bus, supermarkets, restaurants and pub, and the underground is about 3 mins walk away. It's very quick and easy to get to all the major attractions by bus or tube. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four (two adults, two teens) recently stayed at Earl's Court for a full week for our first trip to London. The location of this property CAN NOT BE BEAT. We loved the neighborhood, and most importantly the proximity to the tube stop, the local pub, tons of cafes, and easily walkable to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The property was clean, comfortable, and full of light! Our flight from Boston arrived early in the morning London time, and the property manager was very helpful about our questions regarding checking in early and leaving our luggage. When you arrive, you obtain the keys from a small shop on the corner, but because of our early check-in request there was a bit of a miscommunication and we actually walked right to the property where we were greeted by the cleaner who was ready for us and had the keys. It all worked out and was fine. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was more than we needed - equipped with everything, and the flat was spacious and great for four guests. I can't say enough about the location!!!! We would definitely return to Earl's Court if we visit London again

The property is in a lovely neighborhood, quiet street. Convenient to several small grocery stores, and restaurants. A few blocks to the Earl’s Court Tube station. Check in was easy, great communication with property management company. The property is comfortable for a family of 4, photos very accurately show the property. We had two adults and two young teenagers, we were very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Location was amazing. Cafes, Underground, Grocery Stores, and pubs all within a 2-5 minutes walk. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a week exploring London. Thank you for a great stay.

This property was very spacious, clean, bright, and well-appointed. The check-in process was seamless, all instructions were clear and concise. The location was great- super close to the Earl’s Court station and accessible to everything in London. Super comfortable as well. Would recommend it highly!

We had a wonderful stay at this Mews home. The communication with the owner/manager was very good- when we texted with questions, they were very quick to respond. The place is very pretty, with many skylights keeping the place light, even on rainy days. There was a bunk bed with a twin upper and full lower, which my boys said was comfortable. It was helpful to have 2 bathrooms with four of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for preparing meals- however, the location is surrounded by great places to eat, so we rarely ate in! The wifi and television worked well, the place was surprisingly quiet considering how close we were to a busy street. There were small bags of toiletries in each room with our towels, which was a nice touch. We flew overseas to get here, so it was helpful to have hair dryers provided, and a charging adapter in the kitchen. One of the best things about this place is the location- many restaurants, within walking distance to museums and Stamford Bridge, and a 2-minute walk to Earl’s Court Station, which has both the district and Piccadilly lines. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We really like staying with Ivy Lettings in London. I like their properties. Always located well, clean & comfortable and Ivy are always on hand in case I need any extra help or information. Child's Street was perfect recently. An ideal space for a family of 3, for work and leisure. Thank you Ivy - we'll be back again soon!

Flat was very spacious and great location for a week’s stay - close to multiple groceries 5 min walk to Earl’s Court station. Would suggest a better cleaning. But overall was a great place and we would stay again.

We stayed as a family of four with an 11 and 7 year old. The house was lovely and spacious with a sweet outdoor terrace and large kitchen. The separate children’s room was great and we all felt we had plenty of space. Fantastic location a stone’s throw from the tube and Kensington High St. and sheltered from the traffic noise. Lots of family friendly eating options near by.

We loved our time here! The place was super clean and perfect size. Location was very convenient to get on the tube and nearby buses. Would definitely stay here again. Nicola was very responsive and helpful!

Child's Street is an excellent location with amenities exactly as pictured. We loved the bright kitchen and relaxing in the evening in the garden patio.

This property was such a charming respite after long days in London. The kitchen is fully appointed and beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms we’re updated and bright too. We loved the bonus garden for having coffee. You can’t beat the location, steps from Earl’s Court tube with tons of eateries nearby!

Great accommodations for our first trip to London. Just a few minute walk from Earl Court tube station. Home is well stocked. The second full bath was ideal with teen kids. The street the house is located is quiet

We stayed in the Mews House at 16 Childs Street last week. The property was as advertised and pictured on the website. Reservations and all arrangements smooth and easy with Ivy Lettings. Great location with access to two tube lines just down the street. Great bathrooms. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Several pubs and restaurants very close by, also grocery, laundry, pharmacy, ATM, etc

Great location! Skylights galore made the property so bright and inviting. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels. Two full bathrooms. Throw blankets for the couch were a nice touch. Books everywhere added to the homey feeling. Small market across the street, restaurants within walking distance, tube station an easy 3 min walk away. Property manager was responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

We love the location of this Mew House - surprising quiet although close to Earls Court Main Road. Very close to all shops and 2 min walk to the tube, which is super convenient. The house is as advertised. The lounge area is very cozy and comfortable. Will definitely consider staying at Ivy properties next time we come back to London. Instructions for check in and out was clear and easy. Thank you.
