Ivy are excited to present this tastefully designed two-bedroom Kensington apartment. This home is located on a quiet residential street in an ideal location, perfect for small families or couples looking for extra space to relax.

LIVING & EATING
As you make your way through the home, you will notice the light and airy neutral palette. To your right awaits a well-equipped kitchen, fitted with all necessary appliances for home cooking and a generous dining table. To your left you will find access to the leafy communal garden, perfect for a morning coffee, via the tastefully furnished living room.  

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS 
The home has two bedrooms both with UK standard double-sized (4.5ft wide) beds, the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Both bedrooms are served by one communal bathroom complete with basin, toilet, bath and shower.  

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This apartment is accessed at lower ground level. The entrance is reached down a short flight of external steps. Once inside, the home is set out over a single level.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Chelsea neighborhood. The apartment was lovely and centrally located to two tube stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Collingham is a great flat. It is perfectly located, the garden is beautiful and the flat has everything to make your stay enjoyable. However, I rate it a 4 because it is a lower ground floor flat. It was a bit dark which we sort of expected. As we spend quite a bit of time indoors for work, we like to have more natural light.

We felt right at home. 10 minutes walk to Gloucester Road Station and Earl's Court Station. Easy connection to central London and all transit hubs. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Very quiet and private flat. Access is down some steep steps which might affect those with mobility issues. But it was no bother for us. We had a minor linen problem on day one, but it was solved by Ivy literally within minutes. We were very happy with the service. All instructions for heating and appliances were clear and helpful. Key pick up and drop off was super easy and convenient. We will definitely, absolutely stay again. And will recommend it to our Aussie friends.

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the apartment. It’s a great location with a M&S Food, Sainsbury grocery, Boots pharmacy, two different train stops, coffee spots & pubs all within an easy 10 min walk or less. The bedrooms were comfortable with great storage. The kitchen was very nice and had everything one would need. It was great to have a washer available and a big drying rack in lieu of dryer. We were pleasantly surprised at the temps inside even though it was hot while we were there. We didn’t make use of the garden but it was beautiful!

Spent 9 nights over the Christmas period here, being in Kensington you have easy links to the tube in zone 1. The apartment itself is clean and bright with access to a private garden. Supermarket up the road and many pubs nearby. Not many issues, being in a busy area there is some traffic noise.

Finished our family Europe trip in London at Ivy. Communication before and during our stay was great. Host was very accommodating to our needs and requests. House is in a great location close to everything we needed. Supermarkets, tube stops, restaurants, attractions and bars. The park behind the house was welcome for my two boys to have a run around and enjoy the sunshine. Would recommend staying here and a visit to the science museum is a must if you have kids

The place was in a nice area of Kensington and in very good condition. It's within a short 5-10 minute walk to the Gloucester Tube station which you can connect to almost anywhere in London. Overall pleasant stay in London!

We appreciated the very quiet setting, the comfortable beds, the garden access, the grocery store and tube stations nearby and the cozy living room to relax and unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Our experience with Ivy Lettings and the Collingham Road flat was excellent. The staff is very quick to respond, very professional, and helpful. The flat we rented for eight days was ideal for proximity to transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. The home has a wonderful outdoor space that really makes you feel like you are part of this vibrant London neighborhood. The home has everything one needs for a short stay. Fabulous stay! The flat was set up perfectly for our family of two adults and two kids (5&9). The location was perfect, right between the Glouster Road and Earls Court tube stations. Plenty of restaurants and a Sainsbury's grocery store about 5 minutes away. Easy to walk to Kensington Park and museums. The accommodations were great. Nice kitchen, large bathroom, and the best was the shared garden directly out back. Our kids loved exploring in the evenings while we adults had beverages! Would definitely stay here again if we come to London again!

We enjoyed our stay here. This is a very well appointed and comfortable basement flat with new amenities. Professionally cleaned, Stylishly decorated. Great kitchen and bathroom. We had to go down a flight of narrow stairs to get to the apartment but that wasn’t a problem for us. Fantastic location. It is in the upscale Kensington neighborhood located very close to central London. There are two tube stations about 6 minutes away with easy access to both Heathrow and the tourist attractions of central London. Grocery stores and eating places within walking distance. Our family of four had a great time here. Guy and his team were friendly responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent location in Zone 1 with a less than 5 minute walk to two tube stations and around 10 minute walk to the Museum of Natural History and the Science museum. The apartment was very clean and we, a family of 4, enjoyed our stay here.
