The second floor comprises the spacious master bedroom with a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide) and an ensuite shower with a separate bath. Two further bedrooms, one with a UK king and the second with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide), are serviced by a family bathroom with shower over bath. The third-floor attic bedroom, with a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide), is bright and spacious, with two large skylights and an ensuite shower.

This beautiful house suited our three-generation family get-together so well. Huge rooms, numerous bathrooms, fabulous well equipped kitchen and in a gorgeous part of London. Access and unloading was easy, and the location was superb.

All in all, we felt very comfortable. The walk to the Bakerloo subway was about 10 minutes. The Bakerloo line is perfect. On the way to the house, there are still small shops where you could shop on your way home in the evening. The heating in the house worked well because it was sometimes still cool in the evening.The communication with Ivy was perfect. Highly recommend location and house.

The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is easily accessible to all parts of London via train or bus lines. The place is immaculately kept and any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. The bedrooms are large and accommodated our party of 6 adults and 2 children quite nicely. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking tools and new appliances. There are groceries and shops a short walk from the house. I would note that there are several floors, so it would not be a good option for anyone with mobility issues.

We were a group of six adults traveling and we all thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and clean. Always great to have a washer/dryer in unit whilst traveling. The location was superb for walking to local restaurants, and Tube and train stations. Very quiet neighborhood. Great local coffee shops nearby.

The home was a perfect place for our family of 6(3 generations). It is out of the busy city but a short 12 minute walk to the Saint John’s Wood tube station and a bonus was getting to cross the famous Abber Road crossing each time. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful.

A very nice place located in a gorgeous neighborhood! Easy communication with the host. Clean. Large rooms (primary bedroom/bath especially). Super cute attic bedroom has treehouse vibes -- if the treehouse also has a comfy bed and its own bathroom. Host was very accommodating of our needs. Lovely little back patio for morning coffee. If you're lucky a neighborhood cat will stroll by along the fence. Be aware that the key pickup is at a 24-hour convenience store -- a 9-minute walk. Bottom line: Our party of 4 loved staying here -- perfect location, perfect amenities. Highly recommend! Would 10/10 be back!

This is a great house! Halfway between two Underground stops. The restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores were walkable and good. We sat out in the backyard garden area everyday. The large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were so nice for our family of 8! A quiet, private street. Thanks so much!!
