This apt is in a good location, close to cafes, grocery stores, and the tube. We had a pleasant stay with our two young children. The three flights of stairs posed some difficulty, but being a little higher up also meant we avoided din of the traffic.

As others have said it is up several flights of stairs so you want to be sure you can manage that. The entry and the stairway are not that attractive However, once you get into the apartment it is very nice with two proper bedrooms and full baths as well as a well equipped kitchen. We were three adults and found it very comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood which is quiet and offers close proximity to the tube station as well as Regent's Park. It was very convenient to take the Heathrow Express to the tube and walk to the apartment.

My wife and teenage daughter really enjoyed our stay. The Maida Vale neighborhood is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of the city, but with access to everything you could need within a few blocks. You are only a few tube stops away from all the action. The apartment was perfect for us. The master has its own bathroom, leaving the other bathroom for our teenage daughter. Nice are to sit and eat, watch TV and even cook if you are so inclined. We ordered take away, several great diverse restaurants within walking distance. If you don’t have much luggage, easy walk to Paddington, if you do a quick Uber or taxi away. Super easy check in/out Highly recommend

This flat is in a great location to access local transit. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with access to great amenities nearby. We stayed as a family of four and found it both convenient and comfortable for the whole family. The apartment is in a great location— very close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Great communication before, during, and at the end of our stay. We stayed here primarily for the London Marathon and it was a great choice to accommodate 4 guests, 2 couples. Guests should take into account this apartment is a four floor walk-up and no elevator or wheelchair access. If bringing large suitcases, it’s a tight squeeze… pictures and descriptions are very accurate and we’d stay here again! Thank you!

Very quiet but in a great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants and retain. Easy walk to all the sights. The second bedroom is adequate but the master bedroom is spectacular as is the bathroom attached. Very responsive management.

The accommodations and amenities of the flat were excellent. One word of caution, and this is no way reflected on the property, but just something to keep in mind when traveling with small children: I was traveling with a three year old and due to the warm weather, we had to keep windows open. The window sills are quite low, to the point where she could easily lean over and out the window. We had to be very careful to make certain our child was not near any open windows.

This two bedroom flat is well located to shops, underground and buses. It was easy to get anywhere and was surrounded by interesting restaurants. The flat was comfortable and remarkably for a third-floor walk-up, cooled off during the evening once the windows were opened. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and nice. Management was also very good and responsive to anything that came up.

Great apartment in London! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless, the dishwasher and combined washer/dryer worked perfectly, the sheets and beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the large bath towels. The apartment in an easy 5 minute walk to the underground, and there is a bus stop just around the corner. The neighborhood is very cute (and safe), with a grocery store down the block and some cafes and restaurants around the corner. We had no worries walking back from the underground late at night. While we took the underground or bus to get to the areas we wanted to visit, we did walk once. It is about a 45 minute walk to Hyde Park. There is some traffic noise in the small bedroom with the windows open, but not too bad.

This flat is perfectly located : many buses (24hrs) to all main areas (oxford street / Harrods / Hyde Park ...etc..) + tube stations next door + Tesco express + restaurants... - one huge bedroom + one standard one + two bathrooms - very well equipped (washing machine /dish washer : tablets provided !) - Guy's apartment is managed by Ivy lettings : very warm welcome and professional ; they can be contacted quickly at any time - 4th floor without lift but can be managed.. we were a family with 3 kids and we loved it!
